Phylogeography: Analysis of genetic and climatic data of SARS-CoV-2

Due to the fact that SARS-CoV-2 pandemic reaches its peak, researchers around globe are combining efforts investigate genetics of different variants better deal with distribution. This paper discusses phylogeographic approaches examine how patterns divergence within coincide geographic features, such as climatic features. First, we propose a python-based bioinformatic pipeline called aPhylogeo for analysis written in Python 3 help understand distribution virus specific regions via configuration file, and then run all operations single run. In particular, tool determines which parts genetic sequence undergo high mutation rate depending on conditions, using sliding window moves along alignment user-defined steps size. As Python-based cross-platform program, works Windows®, MacOS X® GNU/Linux. The implementation this is publicly available GitHub (https://github.com/tahiri-lab/aPhylogeo). Second, present an example our new real data (SARS-CoV-2) occurrence variants.
